Terms and Conditions of Use and Reservation


  • The availability request is not binding and does not constitute a contract.
  • At the time of the booking request, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required, via bank transfer or credit card.
  • The reservation will be confirmed and binding for both parties upon receipt of a payment receipt or credit card details for authorized withdrawal. By paying the deposit, the Customer accepts the property’s cancellation conditions.
  • Upon receipt of the deposit, Agriturismo Borgo Personatina will send a confirmation email to the Customer.


The conditions for cancellation (withdrawal) vary depending on the type of accommodation and the period:

  • For stays in apartments during high season, for stays of at least one week in all seasons: the reservation can be canceled within 14 days of confirmation if there are at least 90 days left until the start date of the stay period, the deposit will be refunded net of bank charges or, in the case of payment by credit card, the amount will not be charged.
  • For stays in rooms or apartments for short periods of less than a week in low and high season: the reservation can be canceled, with the refund of the deposit net of bank charges, up to 7 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation beyond the established terms, it is always possible to request a new reservation; in that case, the already paid deposit can be used.


In case of overbooking, Agriturismo Borgo Personatina undertakes to promptly inform the Customer and to seek similar or higher accommodation at other nearby accommodation facilities to propose to the Customer at no additional cost. In the event that Agriturismo Borgo Personatina is unable to accommodate the Customer due to force majeure, the amount paid will be fully refunded, and a voucher for an equivalent stay, to be used exclusively by the holder of the canceled reservation, will be issued as compensation.

Arrival (Check-in): rooms/apartments will be available after 4:00 PM, no later than 7:00 PM (early check-in can be requested: if the room/apartment is already available, access will be allowed; otherwise, luggage can be stored, and guests can wait in the common areas).

Departure (Check-out): rooms/apartments must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.

  • The number of guests per room/apartment must not exceed the established limit. An additional bed for a child up to 12 years old is allowed in each room.
  • Linen change and cleaning, both for rooms and apartments, take place weekly. Any extra requests will be charged separately at the end of the stay.
  • Expenses for electricity, water, gas, and heating are included. Pool access is free, subject to acceptance of the regulations.
  • Apartments must be left in good condition, free of personal belongings, food supplies, newspapers, and magazines. Dishes and pots must be washed and put away. Trash must be regularly bagged and taken to the nearby collection center. A penalty of Euro 100 will be applied for non-compliance.
  • Small dogs and pets are allowed by prior agreement.
  • Guests must be registered on the first day of arrival; guests without identification documents are not allowed.
