This apartment is particularly bright and spacious (100 sqm), ideal for accommodating a large family. It is located on the first floor of the right side of the main house and has its own independent entrance. In the large entrance hall, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas separated by a rectangular table that marks the dining area and the kitchen (sink/four burners with oven/dishwasher/fridge and freezer). Through a small hallway, you access the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom opens onto a pleasant private terrace, while the canopy twin bedroom, which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed when needed, also has a third single bed to accommodate a child up to 12 years old. The apartment enjoys a magnificent panoramic view: to the east on the garden and the pool, to the south on the olive grove and down to Mount Amiata, to the west on the village square and the forest.
Maximum capacity: 4 people and 1 child up to 12 years old in an additional bed.

In case of larger family/friend groups, the apartment can be expanded with the adjacent rooms of La Torre through an internal connection.
